I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who is committed to your mental health goals. I am a firm advocate for people dealing with mental health issues that include work/school stress, depression, anxiety, and anger management issues. My approach takes on several forms including talk therapy, group work, and tabletop roleplaying game therapy. I am experienced in Therapeutically Applied Role-Playing Games and I am passionate about integrating these type of games into therapy for people of all ages.
